Honestly, the best part of my dayjob for me are the tradeshows. I love meeting new people and love sharing what I do! I'm a freak, huh? *laughing*

And, lately my #1 go-to piece is my Elle Boyfriend blazer I scored at Kohl's a while back, freaking amazeballs!!! And, you can't go wrong with a Lane Bryant sequin tank and necklace. sigh. delightful.

There's nothing better than throwing a 30th Birthday Party for one of your best friends. This one was particularly fun since the entire journey was a surprise to her! PLUS! I was asked to be Mandy's stylist as well, makeup/hair/clothes etc. MY DREAM. I love this stuff. Of course I squealed and said Yes like a millionaire was asking to marry me.

After one of the most complicated shopping trips ever, and around 6 stores later, we finally had the perfect outfit picked out. Mandy is an enviable size 12/14, and was EASY to dress.  See below for her final outfit details.

Yes! Finally I can break out my hats and fancy coats for fall/winter. I'm naturally very warm blooded, so I HATE the heavy coats that restrict me, I will almost always opt for the 3/4 sleeve...since honestly I just need to be warm enough to make it from the car to the building....right?!

And, with the cold wet weather, comes the frizzy angry looking hair - thank GOD for hats!! And, thank God for Target - oh lala so chic.

So, to celebrate the cold weather, here are my two favorite pieces. Hat from Target, and the coat is from Missphit. If you don't know about Missphit, you NEED to know and love them. I was delighted to get a special invite to the PDXposed Finale Party. For the Non-Portland'ers, PDXposed is a local Portland show on events, art and culture here in the NW. I've actually appeared twice on PDXposed! LOL They are great people and landed a gig on a national level, so I couldn't be happier for them.

The party was at a 'supper' club here call Tony Starlights. Pretty cool if you love big band music, which I do. And, the who's who of Portland (PDX) showed up.

This top has been making the rounds, and I'm sad I didn't blog it earlier, but just didn't have the right event.

I do love it, but it's a bit big, so I rocked the one-shoulder idea? LOL..heh! I payed way too much to not wear it! Damn Seven - who do they think they are anyways?

PS - I wore the heels from HELL. They didn't last long, but man were my gams hot when they did :). feel me??
