One Pant Styled 3 Ways / Acid Wash JeggingSunday, July 19, 2015
I was playing around in the Cool Gal HQ warehouse and thought that it would be fun to show an item styled 3 ways for my apple shaped big gal sisters. Thankfully, we are starting to get more styles in larger sizes but the selection is definitely limited. The best part is is that you are showing us so much support that even with our limited inventory YOU are showing our investors there's a market and to keep it going! That means that I have a custom collection coming to you in...
the next two months and I can hardly stand it. Provided the samples pass my quality check, we are on track for a September release. Lets take a minute to squeal .......... eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Now on to style you can find right NOW. Here are three ways to wear acid wash jeggings for curvy girls over a size 18! I scoured the internet for style inspiration and all I could find were style ideas by 17 year olds. So, I figured I couldn't be the only one wondering how to style this pant and came up with my three ways.
The pants I chose to style were the Cool Gal Blue Jegging in the Darling I Know blogger collection. They come in sizes 14 to 32. You can shop these looks at this one easy link here.
1. Casual Day at the BeachTop in size 24/26 & Pants in size 26
Shoes 11W by Barefoot Tess for Long Tall Sally
If I'm in a hurry to run out the door, I just add my favorite floral babydoll cami and strappy gladiator sandals!
2. Happy Hour With The GirlsTop in size 24/26 by Cool Gal Blue & Pants in size 24 by Cool Gal Blue
Shoes in 11W by Christian Sciriano for Payless
I'm all about being comfortable, even if I'm dressing up a bit. A peplum top instantly makes this look more polished.
3. Date NightSheer Trench Cardi in size 16/18
Yellow Top in size 30/32
Pants in size 24
Shoes in size 11W by Comfort View for Payless Shoes
Date night always means I want to feel like my sassiest self. I would add some accessories, a cool "over thing" and a bright color to make these pants work for a night out with my hubby. I was definitely feeling my strut! :)
Wearing trends can be difficult when you're over a size 18/20 and I feel the struggle with you! If you would like to see more trends translated, come say hi and let me know!
